RE: Td, Upgraded to NGD Strong Buy Although I agree with TD as a 'strong buy' I also know that TD waterhouse is the worst of the worst when it comes to brokerage intellect and flexibility....they won't even honour physical gold as an RSP item even though the law and revenue Canada says it is good for any RSP's.  TD will sell you paper by the reems but will not back it up...I asked.
