wondering....thoughts....

wondering....thoughts....LSG will be holding a local public information session this week for closure plan - mine production and development.  IF these sessions are being held this week before submitting to the Ministry of Northern Development mine & forestry a certified mine production closure plan, wouldn't it be ideal to announce a mill for the west end project before, rather then submitting an amendment later on???   or there's no impact with or without a mill on site???
