Interesting news.....what happened though?

Interesting news.....what happened though?Seemigly good and real news like I've been pushing for. A contract, with a named company, dollar figures(expected sales), etc. GREAT. Released early in the morning and the stock trades DOWN with crappy volume on a generally positive day for techs??? Why? Is it maybe because most investors were hyped by promo people using these contract 'facts', and only now the company is going to slowly release the "Real" goods one news release at a time?? Hmmmmm. And Mr. Homer J Simpson.... I too heard about the Cell Loc deal, and mentioned it in a really early post (I just said "a deal in the works with a BIG tech company"...or something like that...). Who know if this is true or not, could be a carefully 'leaked' piece of bogus pump material in an effort to revive this slug... Who knows, but this stock is worth keeping an eye on, I just wish management would take better care of their investors. And tell us ALL about their other contracts.
