RE: Shareholders Plan Cuz Gert

RE: Shareholders Plan Cuz GertYes. I see this plan as worded for good protection against any hostile T/O. If anyone wants in, they have to offer something fair and reasonable(likely a significant premium) to the current market. Unfortunately at the moment I view MOA as being significantly under valued. Management/shareholders needs to recognize that in situations like this, a significant premium, to market can still allow a take over company to steal the assets on the cheap. A T/D analyst suggested that 50% of a 1MM OZ open pit deposit at VLake should translate into about a $50MM market cap. Currently MOA's market cap is less than 1/2 of that. So this shows how seriously undervalued MOA likely is at the moment. This is also before adding other value for MOA's other fine holdings and more significantly, the possibility that the VL resource in the next 43-101 could double in size. In all MOA today could possibility be trading at under 25% of fair value...thus even strong sharehodlers' rights cannot protect against stealing the assets should someone what in....my thoughts, .....C.Gert
