RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: hectars"If I was GG I would try to buy all 3 properties given ER a premium on the proven"

I would have to be skeptical about that. For whatever reason, majors just don't seem to care much for exploration properties. They want proven deposits.

I just doubt they would offer a whole lot more for all 3 than for just Clearwater. And they may also be sensitive to the fact that Dr. Don needs some nice sandboxes to pratice his geology skills on over the next decade or whatever. (he looks young enough I would presume he's not planning to retire any time soon)

Although I shouldn't forget that G does already have a substantial stake in E. South.

The most I could see happen is that a deal goes down where G acquires a minority stake in Eastmain Mine along with a buyout of Clearwater.

That would give them a stake in the potential of Eastmain Mine, but would leave Eastmain Newco with most of the upside if Eastmain Mine turns out to be big, and leaves them in charge of exploring it.

This is sort of off the subject but personally my hunch is that the prospects of Eastmain Mine turning out to be a big asset are much higher than the prospects for Eleonore South.
