BZA et al

BZA et alI don't know what management is doing....but they are not giving away the company  by giving away shares on PP warrants...and diluting the shareholders positions.

As an example I am a long term YNG shareholder...and they almost folde back in 2008....but along came Sporott and an offshore person/private company ORIFER SA...they got hundreds of millions of shares and warrants. With the shares issued now, and the warrants outstanding...we will have close to 1 billion shares outstanding

I am not complaining...because they are pouring gold and making money...share price came back 9 cents today...to me that's close to 20k in my account......they could be 2 to 3 bucks in a year or so. So it's sometimes best to look past short turn gain

So, the statement I am making is...we got some money....we didn't dilute shares....and if we start diluting the sharebase..the income gets diluted also....I can live with what management has done......once we get the gold pouring...and making money...then we can get other properties to expand....I am glad management is focused on Arizona property .....Richard
