Some questions for Frank and others

Some questions for Frank and othersFrank,
Thanks for the previous post...some interesting info in there. Can I clarify a few things?
1) "ivn size mines..." I assume you mean Ivanhoe? Given their historic connection with JIN is the implication that they may be selling assets to CGG?
2) "wgr" is Witwatersrand  right? Is CGG looking at acquiring them outright?
3) Your reference to Kinross. Is this to just to give a sense of the size CGG could become once these assets are acquired/injected?
I think what the market struggles with at the moment is how all these  "acquisitions" will deliver value for existing shareholders if they are 100% financed with new share issuance? CGG perhaps needs to explain the economies of scale and efficiencies etc that these assets (with the backing of CNG) can achieve???
Oh, and a final question for anyone out there...Is the big deal with a HKSE listing the pool of potential investors it opens up or something else? I am also interested at what point (assuming they continue to acquire equity via these injections) China National Gold's shareholding in CGG will get so high that they are compelled to make an offer for the minorities? What are the rules on this in Canada?
Cheers
