RE: Bobby's Pond Asset

RE: Bobby's Pond AssetRock, I am not sure from your post if you have the VL ownership figured out for sure.

So just quickly.....MOA has 30% today with the binding option to acquire the remaining 70% from RIC. To get this they gave RIC 2.5MM shares of MOA($.26 at the time), needed to spend $1MM in drilling(already done) and were required to pay RIC $3MM(last item now remaining). At that point MOA would own 100%.

Now along comes MAR. MOA cut a side deal with them to allow MAR to earn in 50%. To date MAR has completed all their obligations MOA required of them except for the $3MM that will go to RIC on MOA's behalf. At the precise moment that $3MM gets paid to RIC, MOA will own 100% according to the original deal struck with RIC and immediately 50% will then pass to MAR. MOA will own 50%. MAR will own 50%.

MAR/MOA still have lots of time to make this final $3MM payment, but I am guessing it will happen as soon as MAR Gold gets spun out of MAR PGM(as per yesterday's MAR News Release this is scheduled for Nov.)  MAR does not have to wait, they could make the payment now if they want. It is getting very very close and is no doubt a done deal.
