When Will the pp Close?

When Will the pp Close?Has anyone talked with the company or does anyone have any idea as to when this will happen?  Watching this stock trade between .13 to .135. to .14 is like watching paint dry.  I wonder what it will take to make it either crash or go up?  Is it in danger of going bankrupt if this pp doesn't close?
