Really guys do you think BXI would be proceeding with their plans if they thought they where crossing the line with BU . I am sure their Lawyers on bought sides are keeping a eye on each other .BU is all talk no action .

I would bet there are bigger investors just sitting on the side lines just waitting to make the jump in .
But it's been a good try by some to inject a little trading fear into the stock price as they make some cash on the swings .
