RE: RE: RE: RE: alluvials questionyeah PJ I'm a pennyflipper....... get real. If I am a pennyflipper Im really bad at it because I've been around for 5 years and I have shares bought at north of a dollar. We are in a topsy turvy world when my motives are being questioned and Antero is revered like the Oracle at Delphi.
McFlyguy, apologies for the hostility, but you tend post an awful lot with a low 'signal to noise' ratio... there are better ways of getting informed than asking this board every question that comes into your head.... Im neither a mining person, nor a diamond expert but I like to read... thats what keeps me informed.... there are numerous academic texts out there covering everything from eclogitic garnets to x-ray sorters..... there is an infinite amount of data and detail out there surrounding the diamond industry that will help you form an opinion on DOR's chances of success and the merits of the financial and operational strategies being pursued by John Ryder and Daniel Duval...... The answers are out there is all Im saying.... dont rely on the technical or strategic savvy of this board.... with the notable exception of a few posters.
In response to your original question ask yourself this....
if the purpose of sending the gravels through the DMS plant is to calibrate it to diamond recovery settings appropriate for the Wawa conglomerate, then would it be a good idea to pre-screen the gravels (on site or off) to a state where the residual material became unrepresentative of the conditions likely to be encountered when processing the DBR material from the Northern ramp?
