IMO, Endo has its own agenda and they will decide when data are to be released but IMO they cant decide when they will pay milestones : this is specified in the contract

IMO, BNC can say that they developped Urocidin and are waiting for data from Endo but it cant say anything about data (until released) except what Endo says
