They say they need about 3 mil to get to phase trials, dilution is of concern, check info where avail ie; do dd and you will get many answers and see whats going on with plans etc...If you are softly bashing by commenting to paint negative picture it will become obvious, if not then get educated, and make your own investment decision,. IMHO.
