RE: RE: RE: This is Bull S.hit

RE: RE: RE: This is Bull S.hitWhat will happen is the following.  The share price will go to single digits momentarily.  Why buy on the open market when you can buy into the pp at 0.08?  Why spend 0.11 when you can spend 0.08 and get a warrant as well?  So now we know where the price of NAG will go to until the PP is filled.

Which brings up my next point.  They will not issue an NR regarding production from mine #3 until the PP is filled.  Just think about it.  It's common sense.

Which brings up another point.  Shortly (and maybe even with teh NR for mine #3), I wouldn't be surprised if Charles gives himself (and other so called "employees") more stock options for the hard work they've done so far.  These will be priced around the 0.08-0.10.  Then by next March, NAG will have 3 mines operating or so and their share price will be at least 0.20-0.30.  But guess what, by then, Charles would have sold his options long before (assuming it's a 4 month wait until he can exercise them and sell them).

Now is this really fair?  No.  Truth is existing shareholders are truly getting shafted.  But there is nothing we can do.  We can sell at a loss and move on.  Or simply wait it out, recoup or losses (and then most of us will move on).  The problem is that Charles and co did all this intentionally.  Like another shareholder posted on here, they released the NR for mine #3 at the wrong moment.  But they did that intentionally, so they can keep the share price low.  The reason to keep it low is that they want to issue themselves options while the share price is still around the 0.08-0.10 range.  They know eventually this stock will take off (especially with mine #3 and several more mines planned for early-middle of next year).

It's a game.  It's legal.  And our managment is playing us like pawns.  Yet we're stuck.  I honestly wish there was a "major" group of investors that together owned 51% of this stock and we could kick management out.  This is not the way to run a company.  You instil no confidence whatsoever in us, shareholders.  Well NAG, you've kept my money for 3 years now, what's another year.  PROMISE LESS, DELIVER MORE!!!!
