At first I thought someone was joking regarding the .08  PP but after checking it out saw it was true.
I could not believe they can get away with that. There is a good chance the SEC will stop it as I think
it is too far below what the stock is trading at. Looks like they have forced the price down in order to
do this and now will issue 1 or 2 million options for themselves also.
Disappointment is not a strong enough word at this time.
They operated the first mine at a loss and there is a good chance #2 mine will be the same.
Looks like the local companies knew that the mines can not be profitable which is why they
were available to NAG to get sucked in.
I have enough shares to force the price down to .02  or .03 if I sold at market but would have
to write off about $ 100,000.00. Not sure if I want to do that at this time, but have lost all
confidence in the management of this company.
When I look at the management of another stock (SPA) that I have a large position in, I have
to think NAG is a joke of a company.
