Hesitant to get in

Hesitant to get inI just found out about this company recently.  Ive been a shareholder of Vermillion for years now.  The management of Vermillion and the former Verenex are second to none!  Im just nervous about the shares outstanding.  Fine, management put their own money into this and hold~roughly 18% of the company , however its still alot.  Tough to build shareholder value with so many shares.  Future financings will dilute it more.  I am a huuuuugggeeeee bull on oil, and a strong believer of this team, but dont know when to pull the trigger? Why didnt they roll back the shares when the company merged/name change? 1:5? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
