I would not think so.  I am sure the Govt of Namibian want Jeffs expertise and the professionals that
he has always surrounded himself with and to get the job done and done well.  One of Jeffs strengths
is his ability to negotiate, I would have complete faith - it would remain at 10%.  Of course, if it went beyond
10% then we would have that much more ownership so it would be a win, win, however let us not even
go there.  I was even dreaming of Marcio Mello taking over Sinttez share, however, if we really have
something worthwhile, which I believe we could have or I would not still be here, Sintez will not walk away.
A thought often crosses my mind - is Sintez dragging their feet related to timing due to bankruptcy of
former company and creating a new one, perhaps with still lots of debt left behind????
