RE: Appointment of New President and Chief Operati

RE: Appointment of New President and Chief Operatii believe Tim Hardman did a great job but keep in mind that he had little "executive experience" and can from a small local firm... the new guy brings a wealth of international experience from one of the largest privately held automotive companies in the world

...."Group Vice President of Woodbridge Foam Corporation - a privately-held, multi-national auto parts company - David was part of the company's Executive Committee and directly responsible for the company's largest division with numerous plants in 11 countries"....

For him to come to a small 50 person company and assume the role of President and COO he must see significant potential in Cymat....he obviously brings a wealth of experience working with international OEM's... a great plus for Cymat

All the peons that a selling today will regret the move in the long run!
