Valuation estimateI see GRN closed the financing that we've all been waiting for. The price seems quite low to me (.275 for a share and half a warrant exercisable at .35), but it is what it is. The good news is that we can finally crunch some numbers:
Shares: 30mm fully diluted shares existing + another ~27mm shares from financing = 57.4mm shares fully diluted
Denver parking garage value: $30.9mm appraised value = C$32mm
Thus, the garage would appear to be worth C$.56/share once it's built. I don't know how much positive value we can apply to the rest of Greenscape.
In the short term, the fully diluted float almost doubled overnight. All those new, cheap shares may weigh on the stock for a while. Right now, that's weighed against significant insider buying.
