Change the ChairmanLiik has been responsible for the loss of two key managers in just over two months. Sandler resigned as a result of a governance conflict with him (his resignation was required in order to protect his CA status). Undoubtedly Hardman was fully aware of the nature of what ever that conflict was, and now Liik has terminated him. This is madness.
Liik is pursuing his own agenda and failing to act in the best interests of shareholders. I am amazed that the institutional investors have not worked in concert to oust him. Cymat has great prospects, but those prospects are being dimmed by Liik's ongoing personal agenda. One would imagine that he has control of the company, when the reality is that he has a very modest stake. I believe for the sake of maximizing shareholder value, not now, but in the long run, we need to change the name on the door of our Chairman. We need an ethical, hardworking Chairman, not an absent, self serving one.
