You might want to give the new guy some slack and ease off on the "end of the world stuff" .... as you say the shareholders would like to be flies on the wall, but we aren't ... it is quite obvious that the main focus is on "blast mitigation" in the near term ... that isn't going to change .... maybe the new guy can advance the automotive segment with his connection on the side, that will only increase shareholder value.
Also Michael Liik has too many stock options for the company to be sold off, he will only make the big money by the stock price multiple X10's more... if someone bought the company at this price he'd make squat.
I believe Tim did a great job, I'm as shocked as everyone else about his departure, but the world must go on ... and I'm sure it will. This change may be the start of the next chapter in the Cymat story, lets give a chance to be written.
