RE: RE: Valuation estimaterezman, I'm not a shareholder yet, so let me offer a different perspective.  It's just hard to raise money right now, and the more you need capital (GRN definitely needed capital) the harder it is to get it.  That said, I value the warrants at about .15 each (at the announcement share price of .36), so with the deal at .275 for a share and half a warrant, they're effectively doubling the float with .20 shares.  I think that's going to sting for a while, even though it may have been necessary.  I've seen deals in the resource space where price heads relentlessly down near the effective deal price, since at least some participants in these deals love to sell the common shares they get and keep the warrants cost-free.  I'm not saying this is inevitable with GRN, but it's something to be aware of.  Investing in GRN now will require some patience.
