I always enjoy your insight and wisdom, but I do not believe that 7% is the available float I thought it was 43% EDV and Seversal was possibly 37% but las I saw it was 24% but I am unaware? So what I was thinking is that there is 20% flaot still open, and these two parties may go after this to gain the 51% voting so they have control, bu of course I have been wrong ore time than right in the past.
