Medmira's Patents.

I think I remember quite a while back that Medmira had used a/some/or all their patent(s) as security for financial backing of some sort. And again, if memory serves me correctly, that agreement had some kind of deadline related to Spring 2010 (May?). Does anybody remember this? Is anybody able to provide more insight? Am I off my rocker? I mean for more than just being a longtime investor in this stock.
