Interesting Timeline Exec ChangesSince Tim is staying on as an employee till Oct / Nov before becoming a "consultant" and had to be given six months notice if being replaced (or paid for it), that means he was notified of being replaced in the May / June timeframe. In the same time period, probably shortly after Tim was notified, Trevor Sandler, the ex-CFO, resigns as Michael Liik was obviously working on a replacement for Tim and Trevor Sandler didn't agree with it and caught Michael off guard by deciding it was time for him to go also.
Just shows the type of person Tim is, too put aside this situation and continue working to improve shareholder value and earn the monies they would have otherwise just had to pay him for being replaced. He could have just taken the six months of money and walked away. He knew he was gone at the August AGM and will still very professional and focused on delivering to the Cymat shareholders. An genuinely honest professional person to the core.
