With my post I was trying to give a theory to why the operator shifted from Nakor to ENG,others have mentioned
that Nakor is not paying their bills.I dont think that is the case.
Imo it could be as last time when Sintezneftegaz shifted to Nakor.
In that article I posted it seems Sintezneftegaz is reappering and that they are not bankrupt at all as earlier was claimed.
Could it be that Nakor will retransfer 1711 to Sintezneftegaz?
My theory could be wrong but its an alternative,(more positive than those claiming Nakor isnt paying their bills).
