RE: Misdirection from SMH managementCEOs you hit it on the head.  That other guy (Beatsworking) must be the invisible quarter million dollar investor relations guy that was paid according to their audited financials.

There is one person who owns over 12% of this company and he should be the one stepping up.  He (Wallster) should make the company call the AGM and vote his shares with notice, and take it all over, replacing the entire staff of this company.  End of story.  If Wallster was to give notice of his vote he would get other large shareholders to more than willingly support that move and it would be the quickest AGM ever in history, and you would see an immediate jump in the share price.
