Nobulshit, you have to think of the future..do you not think that in the next few years Gap will not climb back to at least .18 cents..When it does, then those in this private placement have the oppurtunity to sell the shares for what they paid, and in turn have warrants at either .25 cents or .35 cents .. If you believe in this company's product, this is really not a gamble but a very smart play..
