Guys, you keep forgetting - this is GL. They don't have 1 m oz proven and we'll all be old men before they get 3M proven let alone 5M. Also others on the board have alluded to the perceived talent gap in the mgmt ranks that would affect both the quality and the timing of the deal ( if one takes place ). Guys, we were told a deal would have happened if not for the unexpected market crash; there are now many experts predicting another market crash ( for different reasons ). If the market crashes again all bets are off and all offers will be pulled - the company has given no indication a deal is near - we could be victims yet again. Don't get your expectations and hopes up - with this mgmt group we could still be YEARS away from a deal and see many more low ball financing to prove up more oz. Mgmt is emotionally attached to the property and values it higher than majors ( or mid majors ) do. Don't get ahead of yourself.
