Tom Scarpa will bepresenting Natcore updates at Rice University next week. He's beencalled on to do this because Chuck and another member of Natcore'smanagement will be presenting for BASF. The BASF that is one of theworld's largest chemical with 385 manufacturing facilities worldwide. BASF wants to enter thesolar arena. They contacted Natcore, and are interested in a possibleJ/V or partnership. BASF's focus presently is in thin film solar celland A/R coating.

There is no news update with regards toKodak, but Tom added that other companies are interested incommercializing Natcore's flexable roll to roll .

In the aftermath of the most recent Natcore presentation in China, AndyBarron has been selected by the hosts to consult for two committees. Also, there already is great interest in the nano cloth used to deflectx-rays. This cloth will be worn by doctors and lab techs. Tom said thatexperimenting has been done and this cloth is close tocommercialization.

Natcore China is progressing. Natcore still expects revenue in the first quarter.

Natcore is in the process of setting up their own lab. It will be near Ohio U or in New Jersey. Natcore wants to accelerate bringing all facets of their technology to market.

Ohio State U has refined the LPD process in such a way that Natcore's A/R coating can be grown 10 times faster.

Tom stated that substantial progress was being made with regards to the 'HOLY GRAIL'.

Natcore's new website could be launched in a month.

Plenty of good news, as always.
