Can't believe it...........or maybe I can

This thing was up almost 20 cents and ended up only a penny after the great news. Maybe it was already priced in and thus day traders or some large holders capitalized on this. Anyone have any speculation as to the cause and where this goes till the end of the year and furthermore into next year? I think I saw a comment on this thing tracking back to sub dollar range.
