RE: RE: RE: Crew BuyoutNo guarantees here but there is a strong chance that you will see a tender offer at a slight premium to the EDV price of ~$4.80 to appease the holdouts, maybe $5.25.  Further to the tender they will likely do a mandatory aquisition of the remaining minority and delist.  Severstal has a strong incentive to take up the remaining shares so they can amalgamate with their gold division and get the additional production without having to go through a brand new DD process on another asset IMO
