RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Market - Jennings - ARKI am long in Cline. There are several points to consider. First of all, for all the BS on this web site, I have actually owned a coal mine and understand the biz that goes with it..
So as follows
A. Cheapest labor cost in N, America.
B. Low water intrusion, 125 GPM historically
C. Inexpensive rail rate from that area. Why, no freight heads south in that area. Little to no biz for the RR's
D. Wash plant on site in good condition, small amount of capital to upgrade.
E. This town was found on mining, for years, this was the only descent paying jobs. Actual past work force clamoring for jobs.
F. There are more than 200 million tons sitting next to this reserve waiting to be added.
G. State of Colorado owns the majority of these reserves, and , they have said they will not entertain a mine opening on their property.
H. Miner as stated, the pumps are running, the water is excavated, what else can he worry about.
I. Best damn deal in the USA period.
J. I wish I owned it.
K. Last but not least, a new mine was proposed in the area, cost was $ 75 million plus to build the assets that Cline purchased for pennies.
Just my opinion
Long and strong
