I asked the question .... could the Larry Hoover getting finders fees be the same one convicted of fraud.

Hoov here responded .... no  different person. (I made no link to the Hoov here to any Larry Hoover. Anyone wishing to do so can speculate all they like.)

Someone asked for info on the Larry Hoover fraud.
