RE: Someone realy doesn't want this to.....My guess is that if it is manipulation that it would be illegal .... how can 2 stocks trade at the same ratio for so long?  Especially when one stock is in drilling, had good news on the "hydrocarbons", and has potential to hit a giant oil field whereas the other stock is sitting idle just waiting to drill .... Something is wrong here and i do not like it .... but is it manipulation ???
