Basically passivating improves the efficiency of a cell by providing a layer of insulation.

Great article. This author is toting his companies machine can drastically reduce temperatures from down to +850 which reduces wafer damage/time needed...

I can't tell the exact release date but the citations show Aug1,2008 as the latest article cited.... therefore maximum 2 years old.

I hope shareholders realize the importance today's news release. If you don't yet... you will know soon enough!
