RE: possible retest of .28 cents depwnding on oilTTSB, Even so I am not a chart guy for small cap stocks, you maybe right about getting back to close to 28-30c before we hit.  Hard to read buyer and seller behavior.  Anyway I'll get more at that price.

Speaking of charts, I can never figure out the cup and handle thing.  Is it a left handed cup or right handed?
