RE: RE: L. Hoover, is a Director of GAX as of Sept

RE: RE: L. Hoover, is a Director of GAX as of SeptLet me try to address your concerns. In the order you have presented them, my replies are:
a) I am not yet a director, notwithstanding the text in the AGM Circular. As is typical in life, things take longer than anyone imagines they will, but the text for the Circular was finalized in anticipation that those dates would be accurate.
b) You should ask Robin Dow about that.
c) Mr. Newman was announced Aug. 31. See the answer to a), also.
d) I am not an insider. See a), above.
e) I have not solicited subscriptions to these boards. I have a significant pool of private venture capital. All "solicitation" was not only private and privileged, but it was completed before I ever mentioned GAX in public.
f) It takes time. The procedures are onerous. Have no fear, the OSC is checking me out as we speak. That's simply part of the aforementioned onerous procedural stuff.

Lar

P.S. Your post seems to confirm not only my contention that you should address your concerns to Robin Dow, but also that old aphorism that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
