Thanks, your direct and factual response is appreciated.  Perhaps you can appreciate how misinformation in the company's information circular on the website has led to some misunderstanding on these matters.

As you know, you have your work cut out for you if you really are taking this on. 

I wish you luck, give them hell and get it cleaned up, if that is possible.
