I have to disagree not about the second uptrend but about being too soon.

I jumped out at 4.67 and it is now trading around 4.10 and will trend lower today. however starting by monday or tuesday I expect it will be off and running again hence why i am looking to buy back at the high 3s. even if i am wrong and I see a large surge in buy orders coming in I have over 50 cents to buy back in without losing a thing. so far so good.
