Well, you would obviously like to go golfing (hope you had an enjoyable game, could be stress relief)  before talking about any "meaningful" discussion regarding LBE; so what exactly are we to discuss here?  You are clearly in denial of the facts and you don't want to discuss the truth pertaining to LBE.  Your emotional tantrum, with the realization that minority LBE shareholders are snared in an ugly JJ deal, left you speechless.  Your obvious frustration with the truth resulted in a tantrum that just wasn't pretty, but silenced this forum for more than a day.  Legend7, I don't know why you keep blaming ISM for your woes.  Come to grips with the truth and deal with it before you incur far deeper losses on the inevitable demise of this POS!
