RE: 244$/share

RE: 244$/share
This seems to be the key point for me, as it is a win /win for Copper Fox. As long as Teck back's in they cover everything andCopper Fox just collects 23.35% of profit's...

"In the event that Teck elects to exercise its back-in right toacquire 75% of the ultimate 100% Copper Fox interest in the Schaft CreekProject,
it is expected to be responsible for securing financingfor Copper Fox’s portion as well as its own portion. Copper Fox wouldthen pay back its portion of the project debt out of project revenues.Under this scenario, Copper Fox is expected to own 23.35 % of therevenues generated by the project and is expected to pay its portion ofthe debt financing from revenue generated by production income from its23.35 % equity of Schaft Creek."
