I know you want cheaper shares.  Why are you stating that Clarus has an inside position into the future of HRG.

Morgan Stanley and CIBC are the financial institutions that have positions and work with HRG.  If you want to predict share price, look at them.

If you do, then the sp is going up.  I am not saying the sp is going up soon, but that makes much more sense than taking a broker at random, just because it confirms what you want.
