I'm afraid I would only buy James a half pint in a one pint mug.  If he saw the state of the economy in his beloved Ireland, he would need the other half capacity for tears.

Kleptocracy is a good term and quite apt.  The funny(???) part is that the lemmings beg for it by default through their never ending demand for entitlements, the carrots for votes.  If you have not done so to date, you would probably find the writings of AJ Nock to be of great interest:
