Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

This is "TSE" approval only new release only. A news release has already been had for these shares and they were "paid" to the Panama consultant in lieu of cash. It is not new shares. Only need increase in market value from current $14-15 million to $100 million to effect $1 stock price. I think we now have way more than $100 miilion value that hasn't been recognized by the market yet and won't be until the JV partner is announced. C'mon EV. Get 'er done!
