RE: Institutional Investors

RE: Institutional InvestorsWatch very clearly what is going to happen:

The interest wil continue to slowly move the price around $18 (9.3% yeild).
Analysts are chomping at the bit to re-evaluate, based on Index inclusion, but are waiting to get past Q3 results ( early Nov)
You sould see "buy" recs come onside for the first time. Most have as hold or buy with risk.
Operationally things will be ahead of expectations and could see $20 by end of this year.
Moving into 2011, Q1     $23, $24 is not out of the question as the Airport deals come to frutation.
Then the problem is "what to do" wrk will be trading at peer market =. Assuming the rest of the reit world stays in a similar path.
CIBC has already raised its est to $19 (within 12-18 months).
Watch for that to change , but I doubt not until after Q3 numbers.
