Markman ConstructionsLooking at the Markman opinion I agree with BearBull... of 14 terms that the court decided the meaning of, in many cases the court accepted WinLAN's construction either in whole or very close to verbatim.   I think for only two terms the Court accepted the Defendent's definition.    It has to be good for WiLAN when the court says he agrees with their definition of the terms in the patent.

In a quick browsing of the document I also see  many more places where it says "the Court agrees with the Plaintif" than I saw "the Court agrees with the Defendant".

IMHO this is all great news for WiLAN
