to add to you points.. we are also located in a safe jurisdiction in our back yard.  These local deposits usually receive a premium (not a discount), and if there is current mining in the area then a bigger premium also.

I guess the one concern was how to get it out of the ground.  Well those issues are coming to pass.
Picked up another 140k shares this morning.  Been here for 10 days with you but have been watching for a long time.
