Upside????

I have had this on my radar but have unfortunatly missed the early boarding call. It seems that they are poised to surpass the 52 week high. I have read the NR's and realize the company is basically in competition with others to create a working model of a Waste Management System, they also seem to have the expertise and technology needed for such an endeavour. I would like to ask what other's who possess greater knowledge then myself regarding this company about the potential upside to this program.
