dilution???

dilution???I'm confused as to whether this is a good deal or not but realize there might not be any choice.  I'm happy with the standby credit increase to $16+ million U.S. dollars to be paid back at 15% interest within two years (interest is a little high). What I'm not sure about though is the 50 million PP at .08 cents for just $4 mllion more CDN. dollars. Why not wait for the stock price to go up and then do the PP if needed?  Why isn't $16.5 million enough for now to get the mine producing, creating cash flow & to continue exploring?  Is this PP a reward for the folks in Germany who are supplying the line of credit?  How much more dilution can we take?  I was under the impression there would be no more dilution.  What will happen to our stock price in the next few months when we split the company in two?  I believe the other company called MIRU will include the the PII Colorado Exploration Project & the Sierra Pinta Gold Mine.  I've been invested in NWM now for years and just wish for once we could see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Comments are most definitely welcome.....Goldsfool
